Terms and Conditions for Monthly Package Subscription:

  1. Minimum Subscription Duration: The subscription commitment for the monthly package is a minimum of (3) three months from the date of purchase. Subscribers are required to fulfill this commitment. Early cancellation of the subscription will result in a penalty.

  2. Exclusive Benefits: Only individuals who have purchased the monthly package subscription are entitled to its benefits. These benefits include access to specified treatments and services outlined in the package.

  3. Appointment Booking: All appointments must be scheduled based on availability. SoulBright will endeavor to accommodate appointment requests to the best of its ability.

  4. Booking Changes: Standard booking cancellations and changes apply to appointments made under the monthly package subscription. Clients must adhere to SoulBright's booking policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and other modifications.

  5. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation before the completion of the three-month subscription period, a penalty equivalent to 50% of the remaining owed amount will be deducted. This deduction serves as compensation for the early termination of the subscription.

  6. Non-Accumulative Services: Services included in the monthly package subscription are non-accumulative and must be utilized within the subscription period. Unused services will not carry over to the following month.
     

By purchasing the monthly package subscription, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions outlined by SoulBright. Any violation of these terms may result in the termination of the subscription without a refund.
